Saal samapti (H2) k appraisal k chalte chalte aajkal ke karamcharik tatva kaafi sakriye ho uthe hain. Industry aur account mein training, knowledge sharing sessions aur overtime ki gatividhiyan badti he ja rahin hain..Saath he bad raha hai client satisfaction index aur company ka sensex.
Yeh intezar kab khatam hoga
Kaafi samay se kaafi karamchaariyon ko har warsh ki tarah is warsh bhi promotion letter ka intezar hai …saabhi is taak mein baithe hain ki promotion hoga to kab hoga. Aseemit tankhwa (Variable pay) na milne se aur mandi k daur k chalte yeh karamchari pehle se hee kaafi dukhi aur pareshan the… ab dekhne waali baat yeh hai ki doosri company waale is baat ka faiyda utha kar karamchariyon ko acha package na de na bula lein. Company k ek prawakta ne bataya ki aage ke quarter mein steethian sudharne ki umeed hai lekin koi bhi ispe vishesh tippani nahi kar raha.
Ban gaaye star
Aaj himmat aur josh dikhate hue ek kharamchari ne client k dwara kiye gaaye escalation ko baadi buddhi aur sahas k saath mukabala karke ek khote hui project ko bachaya… company ke ucch adhikariyon ne is karamchari ko ‘Star of the Month’ k sheershak se sammanit kiya aur ‘gems’ bhi deeye… doosre account k kuchh uchh adhikari ab is karamchari k release hone ki ghaat lagaye baaithe hai…khabar yeh bhi mili hai ki yeh karamchari kaafi dino se onsite na milne aur tankhwa na badne ko lekar pareshan tha.

Pernicious perceptions .. A look into the human mind!
Facts/Fiction – It’s a very astounding observation that facts only constitute a fraction of the decision making process especially when decisions involve a group. Its more how we perceive the facts, is what drives to a decision and comes to play in an assemblage. Facts conjured in a way to form a fiction are the ones which serve most pernicious.
Incident/Events - Incidents as daily occurrences, form a part of our everyday life but those that create a false perception or add up to an already existing negative observation are the ones which settle down to give birth to pernicious reactions. These are at their best when they are juxtaposed with negative emotional responses from the sub-conscious.
The harmless bomb – Any positive reaction settles down to improve our outlook, soothe the mind and build up poise. This is good, but the fact also remains that a negative reaction reverses the above in an exponentially double way. So, if there are insights triggering phenomena of the type described above over a period of time they serve to slow down the individual existence though perceived as a harmless comrade by the one itself which has been damaged by it.

An Ode to the one I remember the most…
Days will go by and I would often repent,
Those memories of good old days together that we had spent,
Whenever I was low and thought I had a hard time,
You would come by me often with a melodious rhyme,
Whenever I was feeling lonely and thought I needed to talk,
You would come by and hear me without a stop,
Whenever I was happy and thought I had something to share,
You would come to me and help me spread the joy everywhere.
Oh I still remember the way you used to wake me up, by and by without giving up.
With your usual melodious chime.
Oh you were so good when it came to reminding me,
All the things that I would often likely forget.
And now that you are gone,
I still remember the good times we had,
The memories we had shared,
Oh you had known me so well and offered me the utmost care,
Silently you slipped away and were gone,
But I would always remember you, ‘My Mobile Phone’.

Yaad hain wo din jab hum coding kiya karte the
Computer ki lab mein baith raat raat bhar jiya karte the,
Woh din the mast raseele din
Jinme hum apni kwaabon ki duniya siya karte the ...
Uss lab ne humein bahut kuch siklaya …
Naayi naayi taknikee bhashaon ka prachalan karna sikhlaya …
Coding karna kise kehtein hain …. Humein gyat karwaya…
Humko baadi baadi software company mein coding karne ke
Adbhut kwaab bhi dikhlaye..
Woh din bhi kya din the jab hum code chalta dekh khush hua karte the …
Yaad hain wo din jab hum coding kiya karte the …
Phir ek din aaya jisne humein college chudwaya
Coding ke junoon ne humein ek software company mein dakhila dilwaya…
Sabne ne dee badhaiyan aur bataya yahi hai mauka junoon ko anjaam dene ka…
Humnein jab pehle din company mein jaake apna kaam uthaya…
Aur poocha tumhe kya aata hai ‘fresher’?
Humne bola humne coding mein adbhud maharath haasil hai..
Bilkul naayi takniko mein humne apna gyaan badhaya hai…
Company waalo ne tab thooda azmanjas dikhlaya …
Bole yeh tumhne humein kya batlaya …
Aur phir bole woh sab to theek hai lekin tumhein excel, word aur mail ka gyaat kitna hai?
Humnein unki taraf ascharyajanak nazaron se dekha…
Jab unhone humein excel, word aur mail ka mahatwa bataya …
Yaadi humnein excel, word aur email mein agrata dikhaai to humein coding bhi karne ka mauka milega…
Phir kya tha … humne poora sahas jutaya aur excel, word aur mail mein apna gyaan khoob badhya …
Woh din tha ek din aur hai aaj ka din…
Team member the tab project manager hain ab …
Excel, word aur email ki training ab bhi bhi jaari hai …
Coding karne ka mauka milega kabhi…aisi ashaa ki kiran man mein kabhi jaagti hai…
Aur tabhi khwaab se neend toot jaati hai … khwaab tha shayad … khwaab hee hoga …
Yaad hain wo din jab hum coding kiya karte the ...
Computer ki lab mein baith raat raat bhar jiya karte the..
Woh din the mast raseele din
Jinme hum apni kwaabon ki duniya siya karte the ...

Main aur mera code ...
Aksar tanhai mein, aapas mein baat kartein hain...
Yaadi yeh bug na hote to kaisa hota...
Tum aur main bekam hote...
Zingadi mein 'surprises' kum hote...
Company waale billing ke liye rote..
Account waale benchpe jyada hote ...
Client application se khush hote
Lekin appreciation na dete...
Recreation room ek dum full hote..
Onsite milne k asaar aur bhi kum hote...
Main aur mera code ...
Aksar tanhai mein aapas mein baat kartein hain...

Chhai ki tapri...
Mere kwabon ki thi nagri , who mere khayalon ki thee kadi,
Woh garmagaram chai pe banti thee jo baaton ki laadi,
Aati hai ab bhi mere zehen mein aksar
Who mere nukkad ki chai ki tapri ..
Woh pahunchna uss chauraahe pe roz yaaaron k saath
Woh sunna sabhi ki kahani ‘added special effects’ k saath
Woh karna baadi baadi baatein, woh karna future plan,
Lete hue chai ki chuskiyan karna naayin jaan pehchan
Mere kwabon ki thi nagri , who mere khayalon ki thee kadi,
Woh garmagaram chai pe banti thee jo baaton ki laadi,
Aati hai ab bhi mere zehen mein aksar
Sabhi milte the idhar ek cup garmagaram chaai k saath
Ek cup garam cutting mein ho jaate the who sab ek dum lupt.
Woh garmagaram cutting ki pukarti hui khushboo…
Woh adrakh k swaad mein gaale ko sudharti hui khushboo
Aksar humein aati hai yaad, woh man ko bhaati hui khushboo
Mere kwabon ki thi nagri , who mere khayalon ki thee kadi,
Woh garmagaram chai pe banti thee jo baaton ki laadi,
Aati hai ab bhi mere zehen mein aksar
Who mere nukkad ki chai ki tapri .

The Shiridi Trip
It all started with an unplanned thought and arrival of a persuasive long weekend, which was followed by an all time desire to visit the ‘Shiridi Temple’. It was not too long until the thought had turned into a definite plan of action. The tickets were booked and I just discovered that my name was changed from ‘Mayank’ to ‘Mehek bhai’ ( with the usual Gujju courtesy of brotherhood).
The bus was scheduled to depart at 2100hrs and it was already 1930 so me and my friend hastily packed our bags, not because we were getting late but because it was a weekend and we had to enjoy the food before we leave the town. It was a bit of an experience to get into the right bus since the bus number was not known to us, the travels were usually experiencing high call volumes so it was a bleak possibility of getting through to them and ‘Mehek bhai’ was a non existent entity. Inspite of all this we got the right bus and that too on time.
Although the Volvo had a comfortable seating, with a small reading light and a nice air conditioning vent which was blowing good amount of air in rather cold weather, the interesting part was the company that we had with us in the back, front and right seats. Well, the one thing common between all of them (the company) was that they were all couples, the difference, all were from different states. The one towards our right were the Andhra couple, who were quietly relaxing while reading books, the one on our back seat, were the Gujju couple, who were also relaxing in their own way, doing a lot of arithmetic and talking to their relatives. The ones towards our front, the Bengali couple, were rather too exited about the journey and were trying to entertain everyone. My friend who was having a hard time stretching his tall legs had to exclaim kiddingly – ‘Have these people taken half a thousand to torture us?’.
We had the journey extended by 2 hours but it served as a boon to us since we reached just on time for the ‘Mandir’ visit. Reaching Shirdi , we quickly freshened up in preparation to visit the temple. Although it was told that it would take an hour to two of time to have the darshan, we were supposedly lucky to get the darshan of ‘SAI BABA’ in less than an hour. After the darshan, we did a visit to the museum containing artifacts and clothes used by ‘SAI BABA’. The museum had a lot of factual historic information which was unknown to us and so was a learning experience.
The sun had come up upon us and we were already hungry by now. Amidst the town, we spotted a cool MSRTDC hotel which had an amazing ambience and some great food. Although we had to wait for some time for the breakfast to arrive, but we never minded that after tasting the food. After the breakfast we got the thought of seeing round the small town and purchasing some memorabla but before that we definitely needed a hotel to recuperate ourselves.
We got a nice room in a fairly descent hotel at a fair price, so we took some snaps with the balcony view of the place, watched some television to get a good feel of vacation and freshened up in order to stroll the streets of Shiridi again. Already impressed by the hotel in which we had our snacks and convinced by the hospitality we already knew where we were going to have our lunch. After having a filling lunch we made our preparations to board the Volvo back to Mumbai.
The bus arrived and departed on time and it was not long before we knew that we were already out of Shirdi and in Nasik. We got some entertainment in the bus but this time it was in the form of two movies and lot of dance album remixes. We reached back to Mumbai quite in time at 2300 hrs. In short we had a nice trip, a cool and enthralling experience of a perfect short vacation visit.
